IT Specialist

 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-level IT support to internal users
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, printers, and other peripheral devices
• Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues
• Support data backup and disaster recovery processes
• Manage software installations, updates, and license tracking
• Collaborate with external vendors for system updates and troubleshooting when necessary
• Ensure IT security protocols and policies are followed
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems and support procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools
• Good understanding of IT security practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
