We are looking for a UX Designer for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing Growth department. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.

Requirements
What Makes You Special?

• At least 5 years of experience
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms (iOS, Android, responsive web)
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or other UI/UX design tools
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools
• Experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and iterative design processes
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles
• Knowledge of user research methods, including usability testing and interviews
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (PM, developers, data analysts)
• Strong communication skills and ability to present design rationale clearly
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Familiarity with AI personalization strategies, such as recommendation systems or dynamic content generation
• Ability to work with design systems and contribute to scalable component libraries
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design roles
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes with real product examples

What Will You Do?

• Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile applications — from wireframes to hi-fi prototypes.
• Translate business and user needs into elegant, intuitive interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute design strategies.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, improve accessibility, or personalize user journeys.
• Take part in user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to validate and refine designs.
• Maintain and evolve our design system in alignment with brand and usability standards.
• Stay up to date with UX trends, emerging AI tools, and industry best practices.
