Your Profile

• Graduating from a university, preferably with a degree in Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital product management, with a proven track record inProduct-Led Growth (PLG) or SEO-driven acquisition.
• A strong "conversion mindset" where you don't just chase traffic, but focus on how to turn visitors into active users through seamless funnels.
• Deep understanding of SEO concepts (Technical, Programmatic) and a visionary interest inAEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
• Ability to leverage UI/UX design to increase conversion rates, ensuring that utility tools are both functional and delightful.
• Hands-on experience or a strong curiosity in using AI/LLM tools to scale product development, automate workflows, or enhance user experiences.
• Proficiency in product analytics (e.g., GA4, SQL, Data Studio) to track user behavior.

Your Role

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for content-driven pages, ensuring they serve as high-performance entry points for Kariyer.net.
• Conceptualize, develop, and optimize interactive tools that solve user problems while driving SEO authority.
• Implement strategies to create high-quality, scalable structures that grows our user base.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to create layouts that balance SEO requirements with high-converting user interfaces.
• Stay ahead of search engine algorithm changes and AI-driven search trends (SGE, Perplexity, etc.) to pivot product strategy accordingly.
• Coordinate with content, SEO, and software teams to ensure high-quality standards and technical excellence in every deployment.
