The SBM Young Talent Community Project is a 4 week (16 hour), free, online career event specially designed for engineering students curious about technology and development who are preparing to transition from university life to the professional world. This program goes beyond theoretical knowledge, equipping you with the practical skills needed to prepare you for the business world.

What Awaits You in This Program?

• Discover Yourself: You will engage in interactive personal development workshops to uncover your potential and strengths, and you will learn ways to express yourself most effectively.
• Plan Your Career: You will listen to effective career planning techniques and gain competencies in critical areas such as time management, taking initiative, and personal leadership.
• Get to Know the Sector and SBM: You will have the opportunity to get an inside look at the technical departments and operations of SBM—such as software, testing, data analysis, and cybersecurity—which is at the heart of finance and insurance technologies (Insurtech).
• Expand Your Professional Network: You will have the opportunity to meet with the instructor in online sessions to ask your questions and build valuable connections for your future career.

💻 Platform:

Our event will be held on Zoom to ensure interactive participation, and communication with candidates will be conducted via SBM's Slack channel.

• 🏷️ Participation: Participation in the program is completely free.
• 🧑‍🏫 Instructor: IT Recruitment Senior Specialist Berkay Bayrakdar.
• 🎓 Certificate: A digital "SBM Young Talent Community Certificate of Participation" will be awarded to all who attend at least 80% of the sessions.
