QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrics & Electronics Engineering or related majors,
- Experienced in IT hardware (computer, printer, monitor, etc.) and software (antivirus, EMS, etc.),
- Experienced in the installation and management of Microsoft Windows operating systems and office applications,
- Experienced in end user Support and ability to produce solutions to hardware and software problems,
- Basic knowledge about network structures (switch, access point, etc.) and of structured cabling issues,
- Knowledge in IP Telephony systems,
- Experience with backup applications is preferred,
- Min. 2 years of experience in user support services,
- Good command of written and spoken English is a must,
- Strong communication and planning skills,
- Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, positive and energetic
