As Pay724, we are expanding our global operations and looking for a Junior Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer to join our technical team.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in NOC, technical support, or network monitoring roles
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Basic understanding of networking protocols (SIP, RTP, TCP/IP, DNS, etc.) is a strong plus
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix command line is a bonus
• Ability to follow incident resolution processes and document them clearly
• Comfortable working in shift-based or 24/7 operational environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced technical environment
• Fluency in English is mandatory (both written and spoken)
Responsibilities:
• Monitor voice and SMS traffic and network infrastructure24/7 to ensure optimal performance and service continuity
• Receive, track, and resolve technical tickets submitted by customers via our support system (e.g., Freshdesk)
• Identify anomalies, outages, and latency issues across systems and escalate when necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams (routing, account managers) to ensure rapid and effective issue resolution
• Log incidents and resolutions clearly and accurately for internal reporting and future reference
• Perform routine health checks on network elements, nodes, and platforms
• Analyze patterns in recurring technical issues and proactively suggest improvements
• Participate in shift-based work schedules, including weekends and holidays when required
• Assist with system documentation and knowledge base updates
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all customer interactions
• Provide support in network change implementations and testing scenarios
• Report daily/weekly NOC activity summaries to team leads or supervisors
