Job Description
As Nokia’s ION Customer Engineering Turkey HUB we’re looking for New Product Introduction (NPI) expert in order to deliver NPI activities . Within the team, you will find the opportunity to work on the next generation IP routing technologies in an international setting and be part of a team of experts. As the ION Customer Engineering team, we are the frontend experts. Our main mission is delivering engineering activities for IP product portfolio within customer projects. As an NPI, you will be involved in proposing solutions for customer needs, ensuring flawless delivery of installation and commissioning activities, leading configuration, integration and customer acceptance activities of Nokia’s IP routing portfolio.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Lead the implementation and integration of Nokia's IP routing solutions, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction, as well as deliver impactful presentations, PoCs, and demos to clients, showcasing advanced IP routing technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate engineering requirements and architecture compliance on every project.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of project documentation and approve methods of procedure prior to deployment.
- Provide expert technical support and training, both remote and on-site, to customers and internal teams.
- Identify skill gaps within project teams and deliver targeted workshops or on-the-job training as needed.
- Maintain effective communication channels with customers' technical personnel for seamless issue resolution and support services.
- Participate actively in field trials, customer demonstrations, and acceptance tests to ensure product readiness and functionality.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
- BA or MA degree in telecommunication, information technology or engineering
- Fluent in Turkish and English
- 4+ years of relevant experience with IP/MPLS networks
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
- Strong solution-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and to travel to customer premises
It would be nice if you also had:
- Strong knowledge of Nokia Service Router family products
- Understanding of scripting and Linux/Unix platforms
