Product Manager (R&D)

Join our team in Shenzhen and help shape the roadmap for consumer charging products. You will identify opportunities, set product targets, coordinate teams, and improve commercial performance across the full lifecycle.

Tasks that await you

Market and opportunity Insights

You will track trends, user pain points, and competitor specifications to build a differentiated roadmap, identifying market opportunities to support fast feasibility-to-launch cycles. You will also use sales data, reviews, and service tickets to refine future builds and strengthen commercial results.

Product definition and target setting

You will translate market needs into measurable design and performance targets. You will also work with engineering to balance power density, BOM cost, safety certifications, and manufacturability.

Cross-functional execution

You will align R&D, sales, marketing, supply chain, and support teams to ensure the product is delivered on schedule, within budget, and at the required quality level.

Commercial performance management

You will monitor sell-through, margin, and inventory, and also adjust pricing, bundling, and EOL plans in real time.

We expect that you

• Have strong market insight in the charging industry and can size the addressable market, analyze competitors’ technology roadmaps, and convert unmet user needs into product opportunities
• Are skilled in using GfK, IDC, and review-scraping tools, and have experience managing the product lifecycle with relevant analytics tools
• Understand charging-industry technology trends and have solid knowledge of new technology principles, design processes, and manufacturing flows
• Can translate multi-scene use cases into design inputs and turn high-level goals into measurable PRD targets
• Have deep knowledge QC, UFCS, and VOOC protocols, are familiar with USB-IF certification, and understand air-transport (UN38.3), safety, and EMC standards
• Have a proven record of launching successful high-volume products
• Hold PMP or NPDP certification (preferred)
• Are fluent in spoken English
