About the Role
- We are looking for a Senior Delivery Product Manager to lead the execution of multi-project software development initiatives for our international B2B clients.
- In this role, you act as the bridge between the customer and the engineering team, ensuring smooth communication, clarity, and consistent delivery.
- You will own the coordination, planning, and execution phases of development, supporting multiple products and clients simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary delivery owner between client teams and engineering
- Manage and drive multiple projects in parallel, ensuring timelines and expectations are met
- Translate final requirements into actionable development plans and task breakdowns
- Lead sprint planning, prioritization, and ongoing delivery tracking
- Facilitate clear communication between customers and the internal team
- Run regular syncs with international stakeholders, provide updates, and gather clarifications
- Identify risks and dependencies early; proactively resolve or escalate blockers
- Coordinate QA, UAT, release, and deployment activities
- Maintain up-to-date documentation in Notion, Linear, and internal systems
- Support engineering leads in technical clarification and decision alignment
- Ensure alignment, reduce ambiguity, and maintain project momentum across teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Delivery Management in B2B software
- Strong delivery and execution background with multi-project ownership
- Excellent English communication skills for client and engineering coordination
- Experience working with international clients in dynamic, cross-functional environments
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
- Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams and break down complex scopes
- Strong organization, prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities
- Comfortable in fast-moving, high-expectation environments
- Proficiency with modern product/development tools (Linear, Jira, Notion, etc.)

- Experience with AI-enabled or complex system development
- Technical background or strong technical literacy
