We are looking for a Technical Project Engineer to join our growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for planning factory and production area layouts and ensuring the correct positioning of equipment and utility connections.

What Awaits You in This Role?

Developing, updating, and maintaining factory and production area layouts in AutoCAD.

Positioning equipment in line with General Arrangement (GA) plans, defining service and safety zones, and specifying utility connection points.

Preparing equipment and utility specifications, coordinating cross-functional approvals, and monitoring revision processes.

Preparing and archiving “as-built” layouts after installation.

Supporting supplier quality processes: managing complaints, implementing CAPA actions, and ensuring production continuity.

Collecting and validating data such as equipment lists, dimensions/weights, HSE/ergonomics, and material/personnel flows.

Ensuring equipment layouts comply with service/maintenance zones and access routes.

Preparing GA/floor plans, hook-up diagrams, and, when needed, flow diagrams (spaghetti/Sankey).

Keeping the equipment list and utilities matrix up to date.

Leading cross-functional reviews and documenting decisions.

Managing supplier complaints in ERP/PLM systems, tracking 8D/CAPA processes, and ensuring closure.

Who Are We Looking For?

Graduates of Industrial/Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil/Industrial Facilities, or related technical departments,

Proficient in AutoCAD 2D (blocks, xrefs, annotative objects),

Familiar with basic 3D/IFC,

Knowledge of production facility requirements (aisles, heights, service zones, loading/unloading areas, and occupational safety),

Knowledge of industrial utilities (electricity, compressed air, water/wastewater, HVAC, IT/OT cable trays),

Ability to interpret GA drawings and equipment data sheets, and to complete missing information,

Skilled in using Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint effectively,

Experienced in ERP/PLM systems,

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa), and project coordination skills,

Advanced level of English.
