Technical Support Engineer

Join our internal IT support team and play a key role in ensuring smooth, reliable operations across the company. You’ll assist colleagues with technical issues, improve IT workflows, and contribute to a stable, efficient digital workplace.

Tasks that await you

Technical support and incident handling

You will provide technical assistance to internal teams, log customer inquiries in registration and incident management systems, and perform initial diagnostics of reported issues. You will also classify incoming queries, provide solutions to incidents, and redirect requests to relevant support teams based on preliminary diagnostics and categorization.

Request tracking and communication

You will update customer requests with new information as needed, forward cases to partner organizations when required, and collect user feedback on service quality through centralized information systems. You will also educate users on resolving common issues independently and using available resources.

IT infrastructure and procurement

You will help identify partners, service providers, and IT equipment suppliers, including supporting IT setup for new launches, sourcing providers for new locations, tracking and purchasing IT equipment, and maintaining existing infrastructure.

Process improvement and technical development

You will participate in developing technical solutions for new challenges and changing local market conditions.

• Have experience using query registration systems and Service Desk platforms

• Are fluent in English and Chinese
