ARY Holding bünyesinde Gemlik Gemport Liman İşletmeciliğinde istihdam edilmek üzere Yönetişim birimine bağlı "BT İş Analisti" arıyoruz.

Aranan Nitelikler;
Bilgisayar Mühendisliği, Endüstri Mühendisliği veya benzeri mühendislik bölümlerinden lisans mezunu,
İyi seviyede sözlü ve yazılı İngilizce dil bilgisine sahip,
BT projeleri ve program yönetimi alanlarında en az 3 yıl deneyim sahibi,
Büyük ölçekli ERP projelerinde ve disiplinler arası ekiplerde çalışma tecrübesine sahip,
PMO, süreç yönetimi ve metodoloji geliştirme konularında deneyimli,
Güçlü koordinasyon ve organizasyon becerilerine sahip,
İletişim, ikna ve liderlik yönü kuvvetli,
Çözüm geliştirme süreçlerinde uygulamalı deneyim sahibi,
Otomasyon çözümlerine bütünsel bakış açısıyla yaklaşabilen ve altyapısal gereksinimleri analiz edebilen,
Problem çözme, çatışma yönetimi ve moderasyon becerileri gelişmiş,
Sunum ve ifade yetkinliği güçlü,
Ekip çalışmasına ve ekip yönetimine yatkın,
