Genel Nitelikler
- Bilgisayar, Elektrik-Elektronik, Yazılım Mühendisliği, Yönetim Bilişim Sistemleri veya ilgili teknik bölümlerden mezun,
- Bilgisayar donanımı ve yazılımı konusunda bilgi sahibi,
- Windows ve Microsoft Office uygulamalarına hâkim,
- Ağ bağlantıları ve çevre birimlerine hâkim,
- Veri güvenliği ve yedekleme süreçlerine hâkim,
- Takım çalışmasına yatkın, çözüm odaklı.
İş Tanımı
- Yeni başlayan çalışanlar için bilgisayar, telefon ve diğer ekipmanların kurulumu, yapılandırılması ve teslim edilmesi,
- IT envanterinin takibi, güncellenmesi ve kayıt altına alınması,
- İşten ayrılan çalışanların cihazlarının sıfırlanması, hesaplarının kapatılması ve gerekli veri yedekleme işlemlerinin yapılması,
- Şirket içi internet bağlantısı, yazıcılar ve diğer çevre birimleri ile ilgili teknik sorunların giderilmesi,
- Office programlarının kurulumu, lisans yönetimi ve sürüm takibi,
- Yedekleme süreçlerinin planlanması, uygulanması ve kontrol edilmesi,
- Lisanslı yazılımlar, abonelikler ve sözleşmelerin takibi,
- Teknik dokümantasyon hazırlanması ve güncel tutulması.
