Pozisyon: Yazılım Destek Elemanı
İş Tanımı:
Şirketimiz bünyesinde geliştirilen yazılımlar için teknik destek sağlayacak, müşteri taleplerini yönetecek ve yazılım ekibi ile koordineli çalışacak Yazılım Destek Elemanı arıyoruz.
Aranan Nitelikler:
- C# ve .NET platformlarında temel bilgi sahibi
- SQL veri tabanı sistemleri ile çalışmış veya sorgulama bilgisi olan
- Windows işletim sistemleri ve ağ altyapıları konusunda bilgi sahibi
- Web API, istemci-sunucu sistemleri hakkında temel düzeyde bilgi sahibi
- Problem analizi ve hata tespiti yapabilen
- Müşteri taleplerine çözüm sunabilecek iletişim becerilerine sahip
Sorumluluklar:
- Müşterilerden gelen teknik destek taleplerini karşılamak
- Yazılım ekibi ile iş birliği içinde çalışarak hata ve sorunları raporlamak
- Sistem kurulumları, yapılandırma ve test süreçlerinde destek sağlamak
- Kullanıcı eğitimleri ve dokümantasyon süreçlerini yönetmek
- Veri tabanı işlemleri ve sistem entegrasyonları konusunda destek sağlamak
