YEO is a leading company that provides top-quality services throughout the entire electrification value chain, ranging from electricity generation, transmission, and distribution to smart and efficient energy management solutions for the power and energy industry. We offer comprehensive solutions for the installation of ground, roof, and floating solar power plants in Turkey, Europe, and Africa.
At present, we are seeking a highly skilled “IT Manager” to join our IT team based in Kartal, Istanbul.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, Software Engineering, or related fields,
- Extensive experience in IT management, system/network administration, and digital transformation,
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate multi-location IT environments,
- Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, virtualization, networking, and cloud platforms,
- Experience in IT budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management,
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal,
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills,
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach,
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and flexible working hours,
- Up-to-date with emerging technologies and a passion for integrating innovations into business processes.
Job Description:
- Manage and coordinate all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software,
- Oversee system security, data backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity operations,
- Plan and execute technology investments and license management,
- Ensure high performance and security of local networks, data centers, and cloud platforms,
- Provide advanced user support and troubleshoot IT issues,
- Lead IT projects to scale infrastructure and integrate new technologies (AI, data analytics),
- Manage IT budget, resources, and team performance,
- Collaborate with business units to align IT solutions with organizational goals,
- Monitor and report on IT operations, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
