IT Manager

At present, we are seeking a highly skilled “IT Manager” to join our IT team based in Kartal, Istanbul.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, Software Engineering, or related fields,
• Extensive experience in IT management, system/network administration, and digital transformation,
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate multi-location IT environments,
• Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, virtualization, networking, and cloud platforms,
• Experience in IT budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management,
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal,
• Demonstrated leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills,
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach,
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and flexible working hours,
• Up-to-date with emerging technologies and a passion for integrating innovations into business processes.

Job Description:

• Manage and coordinate all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software,
• Oversee system security, data backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity operations,
• Plan and execute technology investments and license management,
• Ensure high performance and security of local networks, data centers, and cloud platforms,
• Provide advanced user support and troubleshoot IT issues,
• Lead IT projects to scale infrastructure and integrate new technologies (AI, data analytics),
• Manage IT budget, resources, and team performance,
• Collaborate with business units to align IT solutions with organizational goals,
• Monitor and report on IT operations, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
