Lmb Medikal, which is subsidiary office of Lmb Technologie GmbH is looking for a Data Analyst and Reporter, who will be part of the team in Turkey. The Office location is in Istanbul Beylikdüzü District, therefore, applicants should consider the working location, while making their application to the vacant position.

Position Overview – Data Analyst & Reporter

LMB Medikal is looking for a motivated and analytical person for the position of Data Analyst & Reporter, who will play a key role in supporting management through data processing and analysis, to improve the business decision-making process. The data sources are LMB Germany, LMB Turkey, and LMB Serbia hubs, which are corporately connected. The data contains financial information, sales records, purchased items, and inventory levels, as well as business-related data management items.

The person will report directly to the CEO and the Executive Committee, in line with management expectations, by utilizing analytical and statistical tools to create graphics, dashboards, and presentations for comprehensive visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collecting, processing, and analyzing various types of business data (finance, production, sales, HR, etc.)
2. Developing systems and processes for data collection and management
3. Preparing clear, accurate, and insightful reports and visualizations
4. Identifying patterns and trends that can contribute to more efficient business operations
5. Implementing and using modern tools, including AI solutions, to automate data analysis and reporting
6. Collaborating with different teams to identify opportunities for business process improvement

Qualifications and Competencies

Professional Requirements:

1. Experience in data analysis and reporting (preferably minimum 5 years)
2. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
3. Advantage: experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
4. Understanding of databases and basic data engineering principles
5. Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Alteryx) is an asset
6. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
