We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst for our growing organization in Aegean Free Zone, GAZIEMIR – İzmir

We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in T-SQL, data warehouse back-end development, and Power BI, combined with solid business understanding to turn data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts.
• Contribute to the design, enhancement, and maintenance of our data warehouse and ETL processes.
• Work with REST and SOAP APIs to extract, integrate, and transform data from external systems into analytical environments.
• Design and maintain API data pipelines, including authentication, endpoint management, and JSON/XML data handling
• Build, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across analytical outputs.
• Support data governance, documentation, and best practices for analytics processes.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Industrial Engineering,
• Minimum 3 years experience in Power BI field,
• Experience work in business central,
• Dataverse,
• Experience work in data warehouse,
• High level of spoken and written English (Corporate Language is English),
• Strong analytical capability,
• Strong communication skills.
