Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline;
• 2 to 5 years of experience in IT Systems
• Basic knowledge of MS Windows operating system, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Network.
• Able to support users in Microsoft Applications such as Office 365 and Exchange Online.
• Have basic Network knowledge such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP AP
• Knowledgeable about the basics of Information Security concept
• Knowledgeable about Desktop and Notebook hardware
• Will be able to solve basic end user problems
• Able to install peripheral equipment such as printers, scanners etc.
• Experienced in software updates
• Excellent computer skills;
• Capability to work to deadlines and work autonomously when required;
• Must not have travel restrictions
• Excellent communication skills
• Agile, self-motivated, self-disciplined, good team player and result oriented
