Senior Business Analyst

Qualifications & Requirements;

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electric and Electronical Engineering or MIS,
• SQL, XML and command line scripts are not unknown to you,
• 3 years of related experience in ‘Business Analyst’’ role
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or actively taking Scrum Master responsibilities in Agile teams is a strong plus
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills,
• Strong communication skills,
• Able to work both independently and in groups,
• Able to understand the latest industry trends and their potential impact for business applications, software development tools and methods,
• Working experience with Agile software development processes,
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and communication competencies between developers and business stakeholders,
• Able to successfully manage and coordinate simultaneous project deliverables across groups and teams,
• Able to travel with regard to projects
• Domain experience in the fare collection industry and/or banking, card payment systems are nice to have

Job Description;

• Gather and analyze requirements. Organize and document business needs to enable design and development, including elicitation and documentation of AS IS/TO BE workflow analysis, gap analysis, timelines, use-cases, and functional and UX requirements
• Validate analysis outputs by performing requirement verification and supporting functional testing activities to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs
• Works with stakeholders to identify requirements for product
• Create methods to capture, process and organize complex data using SQL
• Performing business process design, functional and technical analysis for business requirements in software projects
• Conducting the documentation process and encouraging development teams to implement
