Sr. Business Analyst (Finance)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• To analyze business requirements, develop functional and technical solutions, and support for continuous optimization
• Ensures that planned jobs are implemented on time, within specified deadlines and without risks
• Provides blueprint documents, user documentation and technical documentation related to SAP projects
• Participating in projects related to financial processes, such as system upgrades and process redesigns
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to financial processes and configuration in SAP
• Provides necessary guidance and information for users related to SAP Financial processes
• Keeping up-to-date with new features and updates to SAP financial modules and making recommendations for improvements

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 4 years of experience as a consultant or module responsible in SAP FI and/or SAP CO modules with application and customization experience
• Experience in the process design, configuration, support and troubleshooting of S/4HANA systems
• Knowledge in finance, accounting, controlling, assets and treasury
• Knowledge in ABAP/debug and integration of FI with other SAP modulus is a plus
• Effective planning and organizational skills
• Analytical and result-oriented mindset
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Learning agility and problem-solving skills
• Preferably having experience on SAP Transformation Projects.
• Knowledge of project management, preferably with experience in SAP S/4HANA Project management.
• Competent in relationship management with strong communication skills.
• Team player and capable of taking responsibility.
• Proficiency in English.
