Job Description
İş İlanı – Bilgi İşlem & E-Ticaret Sorumlusu
Diyarbakır merkezli olup tüm Türkiye’de kuyumculuk sektöründe faaliyet gösteren firmamız bünyesinde, mağaza ve merkez yönetim birimimizin tüm bilgi işlem süreçlerini yönetecek, teknik destek sağlayacak ve e-ticaret operasyonlarını yürütecek çalışma arkadaşı aramaktayız.
Genel Nitelikler:
- Bilgisayar donanımı, yazılım ve teknik servis konularında bilgi sahibi,
- Bilgisayar, yazıcı kurulumu, bakım ve onarım süreçlerini yönetebilecek,
- Sistem, ağ ve dokümantasyon konularında deneyimli,
- Düzenli, planlı ve sistematik çalışma alışkanlığına sahip,
- MS Office programlarına hâkim (özellikle Excel’i etkin kullanabilen),
- Sosyal medya ve dijital platformları aktif takip eden,
- Yaratıcılık becerisi yüksek,
- En az ön lisans mezunu
- Diyarbakır’da ikamet eden.
İş Tanımı:
- Şirket bünyesindeki mağazalar ve merkez ofiste bulunan tüm bilgisayar, yazıcı ve teknik ekipmanların bakım, onarım ve teknik destek süreçlerini yürütmek,
- Sistem ağ yönetimini sağlamak; performans takibi, güncelleme, yedekleme ve bakım işlemlerini gerçekleştirmek,
- Sunucu, veri depolama sistemleri ve güvenlik altyapısını yönetmek,
- Kamera sistemleri ve diğer teknik altyapıların kontrolünü sağlamak,
- Kullanılan yazılımların yönetimi, lisans takibi ve donanım garanti süreçlerini yürütmek,
- E-ticaret sitemiz (altinaymucevherat.com) yönetim panelinin kontrolünü sağlamak ve ürün güncellemelerini yapmak,
- Yeni ürün girişleri için fotoğraf çekimleri yapmak ve Photoshop vb. programlarla görsel düzenlemeleri gerçekleştirmek,
- Web sitesi ve marka tanıtımı için afiş, banner ve reklam görselleri hazırlamak,
- Kuyumculuk ürünlerinin sisteme girişini yapmak, barkodlama süreçlerini yürütmek,
- Günlük/haftalık raporlamaları (özellikle Excel üzerinden) hazırlayarak yönetime sunmak.
