At present, we are seeking a highly skilled “IT Manager” to join our IT team based in Kartal, Istanbul.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, Software Engineering, or related fields,
- Extensive experience in IT management, system/network administration, and digital transformation,
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate multi-location IT environments,
- Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, virtualization, networking, and cloud platforms,
- Experience in IT budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management,
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal,
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills,
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach,
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and flexible working hours,
- Up-to-date with emerging technologies and a passion for integrating innovations into business processes.
Job Description:
- Manage and coordinate all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software,
- Oversee system security, data backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity operations,
- Plan and execute technology investments and license management,
- Ensure high performance and security of local networks, data centers, and cloud platforms,
- Provide advanced user support and troubleshoot IT issues,
- Lead IT projects to scale infrastructure and integrate new technologies (AI, data analytics),
- Manage IT budget, resources, and team performance,
- Collaborate with business units to align IT solutions with organizational goals,
