Job Description

We are seeking a "Senior IT Support Specialist" for our global business partner specializing in the metal and cable industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first-level ICT support (remote & on-site) for hardware, software, workplace tools, infrastructure, and business applications.
- Serve as the main contact for end users and VIPs: triage, analyze, resolve, and escalate tickets as needed.
- Coordinate with plant management and global ICT teams to schedule rollouts, manage local process changes, and maintain documentation and knowledge bases.
- Perform initial diagnosis of incidents and implement solutions, engaging specialized teams only when required.
- Maintain security and proper functioning of local ICT systems; support requirement gathering for enhancements or new services.
- Act as the bridge between local operations and the global Shared Service, ensuring smooth execution of rollouts and transitions.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization, contributing to continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, provide regular updates, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Expand your expertise over time by collaborating with different competence centers and participating in global ICT projects.

- Fluent English(written and spoken).
