Role Overview

The IT Manager / Digitalization Manager will lead Artstone’s technology ecosystem, including ERP administration, digitalization projects, data systems, AI tools, reporting, and cybersecurity. A key requirement isdeep knowledge of Workcube ERP, along with the ability to integrate new digital solutions and BI tools across departments.

This role blends IT leadership, process optimization, data analytics, and support for digital content creation, ensuring that technology becomes a strategic enabler for the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities

Workcube ERP Management (Top Priority)

• Oversee full administration and optimization of Workcube ERP.
• Customize workflows, modules, dashboards, permissions, and data flows.
• Implement and manage BI integrations, analytics dashboards, and reporting tools within Workcube.
• Coordinate Workcube updates, new modules, and technical enhancements.
• Provide user training, documentation, and troubleshooting for all departments.
• Serve as Artstone’s primary Workcube expert and coordinate external consultants.

Digitalization & Process Optimization

• Lead the company’s digital transformation roadmap, identifying automation and efficiency opportunities.
• Implement scalable digital tools that improve operations across Sales, Marketing, Production, Logistics, HR, and Finance.
• Map processes and introduce digital workflows to streamline information and reduce manual work.

IT Infrastructure & Operations

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, cloud systems, hardware, and software.
• Ensure secure, uninterrupted IT operations and high system availability.
• Oversee IT support, troubleshooting, and user assistance.

Cybersecurity & Data Protection

• Develop and enforce IT security policies and data protection standards.
• Monitor vulnerabilities, access controls, and compliance risks.
• Manage backup systems, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity procedures.

Business Intelligence, Reporting & Data Governance

• Implement BI tools and dashboards for real-time visibility across operations.
• Create automated reports for management, sales, procurement, production, and finance teams.
• Establish data standards and ensure system-wide data accuracy.
• Ensure seamless BI–Workcube integration and continuous enhancement.

AI & Digital Content Creation Support

• Support teams (especially Marketing) in AI-assisted video creation, automation tools, and new digital media technologies.
• Help integrate AI-based tools for content generation, automation, and data processing.
• Coordinate digital tools that support storytelling, product videos, and marketing content workflows.

Support in SEO/SEA Digital Tools

• Work closely with Marketing to ensure technical infrastructure supports effective SEO, SEA, and digital campaign performance.
• Assist with tracking setups, analytics integrations, conversion tools, and performance dashboards.
• Ensure systems (e.g., Workcube, CRM, website) properly integrate with advertising and analytics platforms.

Project Management & Vendor Coordination

• Lead IT and digitalization projects from planning to execution and evaluation.
• Manage relationships with software vendors, digital partners, Workcube consultants, and external agencies.
• Evaluate new solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful implementation.

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Align digital initiatives with company strategy and operational needs.
• Partner with department heads to improve workflows and create technology-driven solutions.
• Deliver training sessions and support company-wide adoption of new tools.

Innovation & Future Technologies

• Research and implement emerging technologies relevant to manufacturing, architectural materials, and digital operations.
• Recommend solutions involving IoT, AI, automation, mobile applications, analytics, and smart factory systems.
• Pilot new initiatives and assess ROI.

Qualifications

Critical Requirement

• Workcube ERP certification and strong hands-on Workcube experience (very important).
• Proven ability to build, integrate, optimize, and support advanced Workcube environments.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT management, digital transformation, or ERP administration.
• Experience with BI tools, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and digital media workflows.
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing infrastructure (SEO/SEA tracking, analytics, integrations).
• Solid knowledge of networks, cybersecurity, cloud services, and server management.
• Excellent project management, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead both strategic initiatives and hands-on technical tasks.
