Purpose of the job :
- Bachelor Degree in related engineering departments,
- Min. 2 years experience,
- Industry and client know-how,
- Knowledge about testing, validating and approving documents,
- Cross-culture experience in IT environment,
- Good communication skills, confident appearance,
- Knowledge in interaction of all technical competencies,
- Ability to work under stressful conditions,
- Knowledge of JIT and JIS production,
- Know how transfer / best practice sharing,
- Good level of English both in written and oral,
- Good ability for teamwork,
- Resident or willing to reside in Kocaeli.
Responsibilities:
- Managing software and hardware in three Motherson SAS locations,
- Managing helpdesk and IT hotline,
- Keeping track of SLAs and maintenance service aggrements,
- Working with Windows Servers, Linux RedHat Servers, Tape Libraries, Veeam Solutions and VMWare Environment,
- Hardware, network and all PC based applications,
- Coordination with Corporate IT Organization in accordance with company roadmap and IT Standards.
