- Kullanıcılardan gelen teknik destek taleplerini karşılamak, sorunları analiz ederek çözüm üretmek
- Donanım, yazılım ve ağ bileşenlerinin kurulum, bakım ve takibini gerçekleştirmek
- Sistemlerin performansını izlemek, iyileştirme önerileri sunmak
- Bilgi güvenliği politikalarına uygun şekilde kullanıcı erişimlerini yönetmek
- Envanter takibini sağlamak ve güncel dokümantasyon tutmak
- Yeni teknolojilerin araştırılması, test edilmesi ve uygulanmasına destek olmak
- IT projelerinde uzmanlara yardımcı olmak
- Üniversitelerin Bilgisayar Mühendisliği, Bilişim Sistemleri, Yazılım Mühendisliği veya ilgili bölümlerinden mezun
- Tercihen benzer pozisyonlarda staj veya iş deneyimi
- Temel donanım, ağ ve işletim sistemi bilgisine sahip
- Microsoft Windows, Office 365, temel server ve network kavramlarına hakim
