Position - IT Executive (P5)
Required skills and qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT engineering, or a related field and Professional IT Certifications
· Strong knowledge with network concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
· Strong knowledge with IT and network hardware devices.
· Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional).
· Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
· Certified in ITIL and/ or Quality and Security is plus
· Proven 5+ years’ experience of working in IT sector.
· Experience in working in global projects in matrix organizations.
· Experience supporting Microsoft operating system products (e.g., Office365, SharePoint, AD, MS Teams,)
· Knowledge of software, hardware, computer operating systems, and other technical skills that allow for managing an IT infrastructure.
· Ability to handle confidential information.
· Good understanding of IT security protocols and backup procedures
· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Role and responsibilities
· Supporting, maintaining and responsible for IT Infrastructure and software of company’s office and Visa application centers
· Responding to user’s technical request and coordination with IT service desk for resolution.
· Managing the day-to-day IT operations and coordinating with end users.
· Install and test desktop, peripherals, software applications followed by company’s standard check list
· Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software.
· Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels.
· Ensuring the IT function delivers the highest standards of internal customer service.
· Complying with the company, IT and information security policies, controls, and processes.
· Collecting and keeping all the necessary IT statistics (including inventory of IT infrastructure, asset tags and software) and information.
· Providing technical support on-site and support remote locations.
· Conduct Periodic IT Audit and ensure no security incident.
· Coordinate with IT vendors for service delivery, procurement and delivery of IT products as per company’s negotiating the best offers.
· Coordinate with business and technology partners for the day-to-day operational and project requirements by video call, mail, and phone.
· Collaborate effectively by working with other departments in the organization.
· Responsible for his actions when handling confidential information (including personal data) of the company in accordance with the internal policy of the company and the current legislation.
