Job Description
Practical Storage bünyesinde kullanılan, C# + HTML + JavaScript teknolojileriyle geliştirilmiş mini ERP projemiz için yazılım geliştirme, bakım, iyileştirme ve teknik geliştirme süreçlerini yürütecek bir ekip arkadaşı arıyoruz.
Bu rolde çalışacak kişi; mevcut ERP sistemimizi anlayacak, ihtiyaçlara göre yeni özellikler geliştirecek, teknik borçları azaltacak, veri tabanı güncellemeleri ve migration süreçlerini yönetecek, geliştirdiği işleri test ederek canlı kullanıma hazır hale getirecektir.
İş öncelikleri ve kullanıcı geri bildirimleri tarafımızdan düzenli olarak toplanacak; yapılacak işler, ihtiyaçlar ve öncelikler düzenli toplantılarla birlikte değerlendirilecektir. Adaydan beklentimiz, belirlenen ihtiyaçlar için en uygun teknik çözümü önermesi, uygulaması ve sistemi sürdürülebilir şekilde geliştirmesidir.
Sorumluluklar
- Mevcut mini ERP projesinin kod yapısını, veri tabanı yapısını ve işleyişini analiz etmek
- C#, HTML ve JavaScript tabanlı geliştirmeler yapmak
- Kullanıcı geri bildirimlerine göre yeni modül, ekran, rapor ve iş akışları geliştirmek
- Mevcut hataları tespit etmek, düzeltmek ve tekrar oluşmasını engelleyecek önlemler almak
- Teknik borçları analiz etmek ve uygun refactoring çalışmaları yapmak
- Veri tabanı güncellemeleri, migration süreçleri ve veri bütünlüğü kontrollerini yürütmek
- Geliştirilen özellikleri test etmek ve canlıya almadan önce temel kontrollerini yapmak
- Kodun sürdürülebilir, okunabilir ve geliştirilebilir olmasına dikkat etmek
- Güvenlik, performans ve veri tutarlılığı konularında gerekli iyileştirmeleri yapmak
- Düzenli toplantılara katılarak iş önceliklerini, teknik ihtiyaçları ve geliştirme durumunu paylaşmak
- Geliştirilen işlerle ilgili gerekli teknik notları ve dokümantasyonu tutmak
Aranan Nitelikler
- C# ile yazılım geliştirme konusunda bilgi sahibi olmak
- HTML, CSS ve JavaScript tarafında geliştirme yapabilmek
- SQL ve ilişkisel veri tabanları konusunda yeterli bilgiye sahip olmak

Tercih Sebebi Olabilecek Yetkinlikler
- ERP, stok yönetimi, depo yönetimi, sipariş, teklif, fatura, müşteri veya operasyon yönetimi sistemlerinde deneyim
- ASP.NET, .NET Framework veya .NET Core deneyimi
- PostgreSQL veya benzeri veri tabanlarıyla çalışma deneyimi
- Git veya benzeri versiyon kontrol sistemlerini kullanabilmek
- Temel yazılım test süreçleri hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak
- Performans optimizasyonu ve güvenlik iyileştirmeleri konusunda deneyim
- Eski kod tabanlarında bakım, refactoring ve modernizasyon çalışmaları yapmış olmak
Deneyim Seviyesi
Bu pozisyon için tecrübeli veya gelişime açık daha az tecrübeli adaylar değerlendirilecektir. Adayın mevcut bir sistemi anlayabilecek, ihtiyaçları teknik olarak yorumlayabilecek, veri tabanı süreçlerini güvenli şekilde yönetebilecek ve sorumluluk alarak geliştirme yapabilecek bilgi birikimine sahip olması beklenmektedir.
Çalışma Şekli
- İş öncelikleri Practical Storage tarafından toplanan kullanıcı geri bildirimleri ve operasyonel ihtiyaçlara göre belirlenecektir.
- Geliştirme süreci düzenli toplantılarla takip edilecektir.
- Adaydan, her iş için uygun teknik yaklaşımı önermesi ve uygulanabilir çözümü geliştirmesi beklenecektir.
- Yapılan geliştirmelerin test edilmesi, veri tabanı etkilerinin kontrol edilmesi ve canlı sistemde sorun yaratmayacak şekilde teslim edilmesi önemlidir.
