Position Summary
We are looking for someone to make sense of existing data by simplifying and visualizing it. The ideal candidate will graph the data and make it more readable and understandable.
Your Responsibilities
- Conducting analysis studies in line with the requests from the departments,
- Designing Power BI reports for company needs,
- Data processing with DAX language on the created data models,
- Performance optimization by continuously improving reporting processes,
- Working closely with IT to ensure data integrity in relevant environments,
- Interpret how to use results and dashboards by understanding business needs, interpreting integrated data and transforming it into usable visualizations to drive business decisions,
- Providing data and reporting solutions to operational and business problems,
- Ensuring that relevant data sets are complete, accurate and that all information is entered in a timely manner to allow accurate regular reporting.

Requirements:
- A quantitative degree such as Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years of experience in transforming and analyzing people data from multiple sources to drive business insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI) and strong SQL knowledge
- Experience with Python for data analysis and data manipulation (e.g. Pandas, NumPy)
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts is a plus
- Experience with employee, candidate, and organizational data
- Analytical, articulate, and well-organized
- Proactive, fast learner, problem solver, and team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong follow-up skills to ensure that all tasks are completed fully
