Job Description
GENEL NİTELİKLER
- Meslek Yüksekokullarının veya Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinden mezun,
- Alanında en az 2 yıl tecrübeli,
- İyi düzeyde bilgisayar, ağ yönetimi, donanım bilgisine sahip,
- Planlı, düzenli ve ekip çalışmasına yatkın; sorumluluk sahibi,
- Dokümantasyon incelemesi ve araştırma yapabilecek seviyede İngilizce bilgisine sahip, İletişimi kuvvetli, analitik düşünme becerisi yüksek,
- Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış,
- İstanbul Anadolu yakası veya Gebze civarı ikamet eden/edebilecek olan,
İŞ TANIMI
- Teknik Destek ve Sorun Giderme: Şirket içinde kullanılan bilgisayar ve çevre birimlerinin (bilgisayar, yazıcı, el terminali, barkod yazıcı, şirket santrali, şirket hatları, kamera ve güvenlik sistemleri vb.) arızalarını gidermek, gerektiğinde dışarıda yaptırılmasını sağlamak ve takip etmek, kullanıcıların donanım ve işletim sistemleri ile ilgili sorunlarına çözüm sunmak, takip etmek, teknik hataları düzeltmek ve raporlamak.
- Sistem Güvenliği ve Yedekleme: Şirket ağı üzerinden yapılan internet bağlantılarında, Şirket politikaları doğrultusunda teknik erişim tanımlamalarını yapmak, takip etmek ve raporlamak, yedekleme ve gerekli durumlarda geri yükleme işlemlerini gerçekleştirmek.
- Sunucu ve Ağ Yönetimi: Sunucuların sistem yönetimini gerçekleştirmek, kullanılan tüm uygulamalara kesintisiz erişimin sağlanması amacıyla Şirketin internet bağlantılarının kontrollerini yapmak, kesintileri takip etmek, giderilmesini sağlamak, network cihazlarını takip etmek, bakım yapmak, güncelleştirmek, sorunları tespit etmek, çözmek ve raporlamak.
- IT Proje ve Yazılım Desteği: Yazılım projelerinde ihtiyaç duyulan desteği sağlamak, yazılım güncellemelerine ve sistem entegrasyonlarına destek vermek.
- E-Posta ve Office365 Yönetimi: Office 365 altyapısını yönetmek, güvenlik kontrollerini sağlamak ve günlük operasyonel ihtiyaçları karşılamak.
- Güvenlik: Kamera sistemlerinin kurulumu, bakım ve arızaların takibini yapmak ve raporlamak.
- Şirket cep telefonlarının takibi ve şirket hatlarının takibi.
