Job Description
Bilgi Teknolojileri Departmanında görevlendirilmek üzere teknik bilgiye sahip, öğrenmeye açık ve sorumluluk sahibi bir Bilgi İşlem Destek Elemanı arıyoruz.
Görev ve Sorumluluklar:
- IP kamera sistemlerinin kurulumu, resetlenmesi, formatlanması ve teknik desteği
- NVR cihazlarının eklenmesi ve yapılandırılması
- PDKS (Personel Devam Kontrol Sistemi) cihazlarının kurulumu ve konfigürasyonu
- Kullanıcılara günlük bilgisayar ve yazılım desteği sağlanması
- Bilgisayar, laptop, monoblok cihazların kurulumu, formatı ve gerekli yazılımların yüklenmesi
- Windows işletim sistemi ve ofis programlarının kurulumu
- Temel ağ (network) bağlantı problemlerinin giderilmesi
- Yazıcı, tarayıcı ve diğer çevre birimlerinin kurulumu ve bakımı
Aranan Nitelikler:
- 20-30 yaş aralığında
- Tercihen Bilgisayar Mühendisliği, Bilgisayar Teknolojisi, Elektronik veya ilgili bölümlerden mezun olmak
- IT destek / helpdesk pozisyonunda en az 1 yıl deneyim veya benzeri staj tecrübesi
- IP kamera sistemleri konusunda daha önceden çalışmış veya staj yapmış olmak tercih sebebidir
- Temel ağ ve bilgisayar donanımı bilgisine sahip olmak
- Teknik sorunları analiz edip çözüm üretebilme becerisi
- Takım çalışmasına yatkın, sorumluluk sahibi ve iletişim becerisi yüksek
- Öğrenmeye açık ve gelişime istekli olmak
