Görev Tanımı
Logo ERP sisteminin analiz, kurulum, uyarlama ve yaygınlaştırma süreçlerinde aktif rol almak
ERP süreçlerinin satın alma, üretim, muhasebe, finans, insan kaynakları, depo ve satış operasyonları ile entegrasyonunu sağlamak
CRM yazılımı seçimi, kurulumu ve devreye alınması projelerini yönetmek
İş birimlerinden gelen ihtiyaçları analiz ederek dijital çözümler geliştirmek
ERP, CRM ve diğer kurumsal uygulamalar arasında entegrasyon çalışmaları yapmak
SQL veritabanı yönetimi ve raporlama süreçlerine destek vermek
Yönetim raporları, dashboardlar ve performans göstergeleri geliştirmek
Kullanıcılara eğitim vermek ve teknik destek sağlamak
Dijital dönüşüm projelerinde danışman firmalar ve yazılım tedarikçileri ile koordinasyonu yürütmek
Süreç iyileştirme ve otomasyon projeleri geliştirmek
Aranan Nitelikler
Üniversitelerin Bilgisayar Mühendisliği, Yazılım Mühendisliği, Yönetim Bilişim Sistemleri veya ilgili bölümlerinden mezun
ERP projelerinde en az 3 yıl deneyimli
Tercihen Logo ERP ürünleri konusunda bilgi sahibi
CRM sistemleri (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Logo CRM vb.) hakkında deneyim sahibi
SQL Server ve veri tabanı yönetimi konusunda bilgi sahibi
Web servisleri, API entegrasyonları ve veri aktarım süreçlerine hakim
İş analizi ve süreç modelleme becerisine sahip
Proje yönetimi ve kullanıcı eğitimlerinde deneyimli
