We’re looking for a Digital Transformation Specialist to join our forward-thinking Digital Transformation Team. In this role, you’ll help reshape how we work by streamlining processes, implementing smart digital solutions, and leading AI-driven initiatives that unlock efficiency and elevate business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Analyse and optimise business processes to identify pain points and drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Design and deploy low-code solutions (e.g. PowerApps, Power BI) to automate workflows and boost productivity.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams (Product Development, Manufacturing, etc.) to co-create sustainable, user-friendly digital solutions.
- Lead the implementation of AI-powered tools and agentic AI solutions to solve real-world challenges.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues in collaboration with IT, ensuring fast and effective delivery.
What You Bring
- Low-Code Development: Hands-on experience with platforms like PowerApps and Power BI. Knowledge of Tableau, Python, and SQL is a plus.
- Data Analysis & AI: Familiarity with data science tools and concepts. A Master’s in Data Science is a strong advantage.
- AI & LLM Tools: Understanding of agentic AI and large language model applications.
