As Arçelik-LG Klima San. ve Tic. A.Ş family, we are looking for a Senior IT Digital Solution Specialist who will work in Information Tech.&Artificial Int.team.

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or a related field,

• At least 5+ years of experience in a similar position in the field of Information Technology,

• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, practices, and tools,

• Experienced in managing complex application environment and integrations,

• Experienced in at least one Object-oriented and scripting languages such as Java, Python, C#, etc.,

• Having experience in back-end frameworks such as Nest.js or Express.js is plus,

• Having experience in web socket development is a plus,

• Working knowledge of web services protocol stack,

• Knowledge in containerization (Docker),

• Knowledge in Database management, SQL, and NoSQL database systems,

• Preferably have knowledge of monitoring applications (Kibana, Grafana, Dynatrace), reporting applications (Power BI, SAP Business Objects),

• Monitor the performance indicators of the IT applications and systems under responsibility,

• Working knowledge of business applications in such as SAP ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES),

• Experienced in IT - OT projects,

• Experienced in Digital Transformation projects,

• Experienced in Agile project management methodologies,

• Having overall knowledge of Microsoft Server, Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Windows Services (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, IIS, Cluster etc.), Office 365 management, overall network, and security technologies,

• Good command of written and spoken English,

• Quality-oriented, task-conscious,

• Open to change and development,

• Good follower of latest trends and approaches, willing to learn,

• Discover recent technologies and implement effective solutions continuously,

• Excellent documentation skills.

What do we expect from you?

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of Information Technologies,

• Take part in full software development lifecycle and outsourcing activities for production software solutions,

• Participate in code and architecture reviews to ensure technical solutions meet established standards and best practices,

• Identify, analyze, and resolve all IT related issues covering Arçelik-LG applications,

• Provide incident support for Arçelik-LG applications,

• Make sure that maintain Arçelik-LG applications are up and running according to the Service Level Agreement,

• Monitoring performance of Arçelik-LG applications and determining improvement areas

• Deliver IT program and process strategy while managing projects, processes, and team members that provide solutions,

• Ensuring that application and software projects are completed and commissioned on time, on budget and in high quality, together with the relevant business units and suppliers,

• Carrying out digital transformation projects in responsibility and supporting other units,

• To carry out the project planning and implementation of recent technologies according to business processes and coordination with related units,

• To take actions and create road maps by carrying out the necessary studies on business and process development and documentation,

• Coordinating joint work with business units and suppliers, providing technical support to other units, and implementing projects.
